How we collect and use your personal information:

Unless you wish to subscribe to a particular service or any promotional offers, you will not be asked to provide any personal information on the Website.

However, where you wish to subscribe for an offer, you may be asked to provide the following information: Title - Surname – First name – address – email and any other information which we deem necessary in order to facilitate your order. The collection of this information is necessary so that Edito Service and its authorised data processors can process and complete your service or product order.

We may use your information in aggregate form for the purpose of creating statistical marketing information and aiding strategic development. We record the IP address and retain server logs of every request to our server including, but not limited to, when you subscribe to our website, provide information to us or post on our forum.

We shall make reasonable efforts to only retain: server logs containing the IP address of all requests to this server for no more than 90 days; and IP address associated with registered users and their posts for no more than 5 years. However we cannot guarantee this and failing to do so would not be a breach of a duty owed to you.

Your personal information may be shared with third parties who assist us to operate our site, conduct our business or supply services to you, but only if they agree to keep your personal information confidential.

Mutual encouragement

In order to encourage you with your fitness regime, our service includes a social media element. This will require our publishing some of your personal data some of which may be sensitive. For this reason, we will only do so if you have expressly agreed to our doing so in advance. If, at any time, you do not want to be involved in the social media element of our service, you may opt-out by going to your profile page and setting your preferences.
